Arrival  and check -in procedure

30 minutes prior to your first treatment is requested to allow ample time for checking in and used the locker room. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Arrival

 Appointment missed by 15 minutes or more may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied. 

Please notify our front desk before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure or allergies; especially seafood allergies.
